AZZ 42 - CF | For Classic Automatic Soap, Biscuit, Wafer, Petit-beurre and Etimek Machine

This machine is a packaging machine with 2 different options in itself.

1.  It automatically packs square, rectangular and round biscuits in envelope type packaging model in single or double rows within the dimensions specified below. It is an operator-friendly, useful machine that provides convenience in mold change by making many settings and controls via PLC with encoder system and touch screen. The feeding system is done manually. It is a machine that can work non-stop with a photocell system for printed packaging and a full-empty system that controls the product arrival. As an option, a corrugated cardboard wrapping mechanism can be added for the biscuit and Date coding equipment can be installed.
2. It automatically packs the soaps with square, rectangular bare or outer paper packaging in the ecopack model, in a single row or side by side, or horizontally side by side in the envelope type packaging model, within the dimensions specified below. It is an ideal and operator-friendly machine that provides convenience in mold change by making many settings and controls via PLC with encoder system and touch screen, and the feeding system is done manually. It is a machine that can work non-stop with a photocell system for printed packaging and a full-empty system that controls the product arrival. By adding the elevator system as an option, soaps can be packaged in 3x2 or 2x2 groups on top of each other and Date coding equipment can be installed.
